Click here to complete the Volunteer Application.As a Volunteer with the Charlotte County Libraries and History Services Division you will be enhancing and enriching the capabilities of our staff members. Our volunteers assist with a variety of activities ranging from sorting and shelving library materials, to assisting in our Makerspaces; from assisting with library programs and events to portraying historical figures; from assisting in the archives to assisting with technology. Libraries and History Services volunteers are both seasonal and year round residents of all ages from teens to seniors.
Both Adult and Teen volunteer opportunities are offered at each of our locations:
Englewood Charlotte Public Library - 3450 North Access Rd., Englewood
Mid-County Regional Library - 2050 Forrest Nelson Blvd., Port Charlotte
Port Charlotte Public Library - 2280 Aaron St., Port Charlotte
Punta Gorda Public Library - 424 West Henry St., Punta Gorda
